From the very first meeting with Whitney at Wit & Wiley Events Environments I knew this would be a wedding to remember. First let me say what an incredibly fun and unique couple that Alana and Chris are. It started with the usual walk through in a very unusual place, which I must say is hard to find in our wedding soaked area. Why so special, a secluded beach far away from everyone that had an original stage coach stop on a private beach. Honestly this was a setting that spoke for itself and needed little more than to highlight the natural setting. Why mess with something thats wonderful?

We spent some extra time “setting up” the day before to pay attention to the details of the space. Wouldn”t you? Took longer to break down for some reason also?
However there were other ideas budding around in the couples heads. Nothing crazy, just the couple wanted some specific things to make it their own. All great and fun ideas I”m sure many other brides may appreciate. I know Whitney and I enjoyed making them happen.

Custom bamboo trellis over the tables with bistro lights made the dinner feel enclosed and created an intimate feel for guests.
Not out of the box enough for you? How about a large stage for the band and a sixteen foot tall American flag that they would “appear” behind the stage at a specified moment during the night.
